  Prices and Payment
  All prices are quoted in US Dollar.
  Payment must be made by credit/debit card or PayPal at the time of ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
  All card payments are processed securely by PayPal. Ecomelife do not receive or store any card details.
  Card details will not be used for any purpose other than payment for the current transaction.
  We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order, payments and method of payment secure but in the absence of negligence
  on our part we will not be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to this information or any other
  data you may provide when ordering from the site.
  Delivery Service
  Please refer to the delivery table below for confirmation of the geographic locations that belong to each delivery zone.
  Your goods will usually be delivered from Hong Kong within 2 working days by EMS. The arrival date will depends of delivery address.
  All orders require a signature on delivery.
  If you are not in on the first delivery attempt, the carrier will attempt to leave your goods with a neighbour or leave a card informing you of the
  failed delivery.
  In the unlikely event that the carrier is unable to locate your address, or there is nowhere appropriate to leave your delivery, the goods will be
  returned to the carrier¡¯s depot and attempts will be made to contact you to obtain further details. This can be achieved much quicker if you
  have provided us with a mobile telephone number. If we are unable to contact you the goods will eventually be returned to Ecomelife and
  may be subject to a further delivery charge. If for any reason your delivery should not arrive or if you want to check your order delivery status,
  please contact our Customer Services Department on 852 27599282, or via email to shoppingcart@ecomelife.com, quoting your order
  number and date the order was placed.
  Delivery Charges
  Ecomelife is committed to keeping its delivery charges as low as possible for customers. We do not make a profit from delivery charges.
  A variable delivery charge will automatically be added to your order value, depending upon the total value of the goods you select and
  where they are to be delivered to, in accordance with the following table:

  We make every effort to have stock available for all products listed for sale on the web site. However, products may be withdrawn at

  Replacement Policy

  If you receive a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it, please contact our customer service by shoppingcart@ecomelife.com, .
  The courier cost for return goods will be under buyer cost.
  Replacement procedures:

  (1) You can reach us at customer service by email : shoppingcart@ecomelife.com, for registration *.
  (2) You are required to present the following documents to facilitate the return Unused or unassembled items with the original packaging
  Delivery notes and Order confirmation email; Photo of defected or damanged items Order information verification We will email you the
  Replacement Verification Then, you can send us back the defected or damaged items. . We will send you back the new products through
  post mail.
  (7) The refund procedures' process lead time is about 4-6 weeks. Used, modified or assembled items, and damage caused by improper
  use, will not be accepted for returns (except for problems with manufacturing quality).
  * Item(s) not registered for return will not be accepted.

  Non-Acceptance of Orders
